Welcome to the Bay Forest Community Association!

Bay Forest offers four hundred acres of woodlands and meadows situated at the mouth of the Collins Creek tributary, along the southern edge of the Indian River Bay.  Single family, Tomehomes, and Villa homes have been designed into a series of discrete neighborhoods within the community, separated by attractive open space and linked by pedestrian pathways.  Bay Forest is graced with a spectacular setting and an extensive array of recreational activities, including pools, tennis courts, a private marina for kayaking and canoeing, fitness center, and shuttle bus to the beach and more.  It is no wonder why Bay Forest is one of the best communities on the Eastern Shore.
